Land data refers to information that reflects the status, characteristics, dynamic changes, distribution patterns of land use systems and elements, as well as human activities related to land development, governance, management, protection, and land use planning. Agricultural materials (农资) are material resources and conditions used to influence and modify labor objects during agricultural production, including agricultural transport machinery, production and processing equipment, pesticides, seeds, fertilizers, agricultural plastic films, etc. Land is not an agricultural material but a labor object (物质对象) in agricultural production, onto which human labor is applied. Compared to agricultural materials, land exhibits characteristics such as limited quantity, fixed location, irreplaceable functionality, and renewable fertility.
The CnOpenData Global Land and Agricultural Materials Database compiles land and agricultural material information from over 200 countries worldwide, organized into 12 categories: Land Use, Land Cover, Fertilizers by Nutrient, Fertilizers by Product, Fertilizers by Product (Chemical), Livestock Manure, Pesticide Use (Self-Consumption), Pesticide Trade, Cropland Nutrient Budget, Livestock, Bioenergy, and Surface Temperature Change. These datasets cover fields such as Domain(领域), Region(地区), Element(要素), Category(科目), Year(年份), Unit(单位), Value(值), Flag(标识), and Description(说明).
